Senior Design Engineer / Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Key SLD, layouts, Protection & Control diagrams of Switchgears, transformers, UPS, generator, VSD, cables, ELV etc.

  • Perform electrical systems design and calculations, electrical sizing and selection.

  • Material take-off for procurement.

  • Prepare Cable Schedule, Cable termination diagram.

  • Power System Studies using ETAP / SKM

  • Technical evaluation of equipment, review vendor equipment design/data.

  • Involve in tender design, costing as required.

  • Attend project meetings, design coordination meetings as required.

  • Perform inspection, FAT/SAT and witnessing of tests on major equipment.

  • Travel to sites for site review, provide engineering evaluations and solutions.

Requirements:

Senior Design Engineer / Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Safety & Health procedures is executed at work site

  • Communicate and coordinate with authorities

  • Coordinate for relevant work authorisation

  • Identify, evaluate, recommend and execute work safety

  • Coordinate the safety, Health and Environment awareness program in the line with OSHA Act

  • Prepare and submit related safety report

  • Organize monthly site’s safety & health as required

  • Assist and monitor sub-contractor with regards to OSHA

Requirements:
  • Valid and registered Yellow Book with DOSH

  • Certificate, Diploma or degree in related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in Safety and Health

Project Document Controller

Responsibilities:
  • Document Management:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system and document control processes for both hard and electronic documents.
    • Register and classify project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, correspondence, and reports.
    • Ensure that documents are accessible to authorized personnel while maintaining security and confidentiality.
  • Document Control:
    • Monitor the status of documents and drawings to ensure timely approval, updates, and distribution.
    • Manage document review, approval, and revision control processes in compliance with company and industry standards.
    • Track document versions and remove obsolete documents from circulation.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients on document-related matters.
    • Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant parties.
    • Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to enforce document control procedures.
  • Compliance and Auditing:
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
    • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits of project documentation.
    • Implement corrective actions for identified document control issues.
  • System Maintenance:
    • Maintain and update document control software and systems.
    • Provide training to project personnel as needed.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate regular reports on the status of project documentation.

Requirements:

Clerk of Work (COW)

Responsibilities:
  • To act as the consultant’s on-site representative, ensuring that construction works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Clerk of Works assures that the contractor delivers a completed project that meets the client’s expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.
    • Perform regular site inspections and verify workmanship, materials, and methods used.
    • Identify and report any deviations or non-conformances from design documents.
    • Witness tests and ensure test results meet specifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed daily site reports, including activities, weather conditions, labor count, material deliveries, and issues.
    • Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), site memos, and site diary.
    • Maintain proper records of drawings, change orders, test results, and site correspondence.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to clarify technical or quality issues.
    • Attend site meetings and provide feedback on progress, quality concerns, and safety compliance.
    • Ensure updated drawings, revisions, and instructions are implemented on-site.
  • Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
    • Monitor adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and statutory requirements.
    • Notify relevant parties of unsafe practices or hazards and follow up on corrective actions.
    • Ensure relevant parties maintain site cleanliness and proper storage of materials and equipment.
  • Material Verification:
    • Inspect and verify all materials delivered to the site match approved samples/specifications.
    • Prevent use of substandard or unapproved materials in construction.
Requirements:
  • Any Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification by a recognized professional body (e.g., CIDB or equivalent)

QA/QC Inspector/Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • The QA/QC Engineer (or Inspector) is responsible for implementing and monitoring all quality assurance and quality control procedures on-site to ensure construction works comply with the approved project specifications, standards, and drawings. The role focuses on minimizing defects, ensuring workmanship quality, and maintaining documentation to support compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance Planning:
    • Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
    • Ensure quality standards are communicated and enforced among all project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure company and client-specific quality procedures are applied.
  • Inspection & Testing:
    • Conduct routine and special inspections of construction activities to verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and standards.
    • Inspect incoming materials and equipment delivery to ensure compliance with specifications and approvals.
    • Prepare checklists and carry out pre-installation and post-work inspections.
  • Non-Conformance Management:
    • Identify and report any Observations or Non-Conformances (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
    • Participate in root cause analysis and propose improvements to avoid repeat issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, test results, site memos, and NCR logs.
    • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to the Project Manager.
    • Assist in compiling as-built documentation, material approvals, and test certificates for project handover.
  • Coordination & Support:
    • Work closely with site engineers, consultants, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues.
    • Attend project and coordination meetings related to quality control.
    • Support internal and external audits conducted by the client or third parties.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years in QA/QC for electrical systems (construction, oil & gas, power plants, or infrastructure).
  • Internship or previous exposure to construction preferred.

Site Engineer (CSA - Civil, Structural and Architectural)

Responsibilities:
  • The Site Engineer (CSA) is responsible for supervising and managing civil, structural, and architectural works on-site to ensure that the construction activities are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This role ensures coordination between stakeholders and provides technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Site Supervision and Execution:
    • Oversee day-to-day execution of civil, structural, and architectural works on-site.
    • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
    • Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other disciplines (MEP, finishes, etc.) for smooth site operations.
    • Attend and participate in site meetings, inspections, and coordination reviews.
    • Communicate any discrepancies, design issues, or site constraints to the relevant parties for resolution.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Ensure that all materials and workmanship conform to project specifications and approved standards.
    • Conduct pre-pour, formwork, reinforcement, structural steel, and finishing inspections.
    • Collaborate with the QA/QC team to resolve any non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Planning and Progress Monitoring:
    • Assist in preparing work schedules, material requisitions, and look-ahead plans.
    • Monitor site progress and provide inputs for progress reporting, including tracking daily activities and work quantities.
    • Identify potential delays and work with planning and project control teams to maintain timelines.
  • Safety and Risk Management :
    • Ensure that site safety protocols are followed and that workers are aware of and comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
    • Report any unsafe practices or incidents and participate in tool-box talks and safety meetings.
  • Documentation and Records :
    • Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports (DPRs), inspection reports, site instructions, and material delivery notes.
    • Ensure all revisions, technical submittals, and drawings are updated and followed on-site.
    • Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project closeout documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Technology.
  • Professional registration (e.g., PE, CEng, or local equivalent) is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision for building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Experience in managing CSA scope: earthworks, concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes, waterproofing, etc.

Site Supervisor (CSA - Civil, Structural and Architectural)

Responsibilities:
  • The Site Supervisor (CSA) is responsible for the day-to-day on-site supervision of civil, structural, and architectural works to ensure that construction activities are carried out safely, correctly, and efficiently in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The role involves hands-on management of labor, coordination with subcontractors, and maintaining site discipline and quality standards.
  • Site Supervision:
    • Supervise all CSA-related construction works, including earthworks, formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, structural steel installation, masonry, finishes, and architectural detailing.
    • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
    • Monitor the activities of subcontractors and ensure compliance with work schedules and quality expectations.
  • Workforce and Resource Management:
    • Allocate and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal productivity.
    • Ensure that all workers are performing tasks safely and efficiently.
    • Support the Site Engineer in organizing site logistics, sequencing of tasks, and managing labor teams.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct pre-activity checks and ensure all materials used meet project quality standards
    • Inspect and verify completed works before formal inspections.
    • Report any non-conformities and coordinate rectifications with QA/QC and engineering teams
  • Safety Compliance:
    • Ensure strict implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations and site safety plans.

    • Collaborate with the HSE Officer to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Coordinate daily work with other disciplines (e.g., MEP, HSE, QA/QC) to prevent work clashes and ensure smooth progress.
    • Attend daily coordination meetings with site engineers and contractors.
    • Communicate clearly with workers and subcontractors regarding daily tasks, changes, and expectations.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain daily site records including labor reports, material usage, equipment logs, and work progress.
    • Provide input to daily and weekly progress reports for management.
    • Ensure red-line markups are recorded for as-built documentation.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical training in construction supervision is an advantage.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in site supervision for civil, structural, and architectural works on construction projects.
  • Experience in data centre, high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial/commercial developments preferred.

Junior Planner (Construction)

Responsibilities:
  • The Junior Planner is responsible for supporting the project planning and scheduling functions across construction projects. The role focuses on the creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedules using planning software, particularly Primavera P6, to ensure the timely delivery of construction projects in line with cost and quality objectives.
  • Project Scheduling & Planning:
    • Assist in the development of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other planning tools.
    • Break down project scope into Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and sequence activities with dependencies, milestones, and durations.
    • Support in preparing baseline programmes, lookahead schedules, and recovery programmes.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor and update project progress based on inputs from site teams and contractors.
    • Highlight critical paths, slippages, and schedule risks through schedule variance and float analysis.
    • Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule performance metrics (SPI, CPI).
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to gather real-time project data.
    • Attend coordination meetings and provide schedule updates and inputs.
    • Help communicate schedule-related information to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate planning documentation, including schedule revisions, assumptions, and historical data.
    • Track schedule changes and ensure proper approval and documentation.
    • Support delay analysis and preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims under guidance.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Certification in related planning software is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years' experience in construction planning, scheduling, or site engineering.
  • Internship or previous exposure to construction scheduling or planning software preferred.

Project Manager - Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)

Responsibilities:
  • The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the complete lifecycle of HDD projects for underground electrical utility installations. This role will include the establishment and leadership of a dedicated HDD team, ensuring all operations meet safety, quality, time, and budget standards. The Project Manager must have extensive field and managerial experience in HDD, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and scale an internal HDD division.
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of HDD projects for underground electrical installations, including feasibility, design review, and execution.
    • Prepare detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, materials, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
    • Coordinate with engineers, clients, local authorities, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a specialized in-house HDD team including drill operators, locators, and support staff.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
    • Ensure continuous improvement through performance evaluations, skills development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Technical Oversight & Quality Control:
    • Technical Oversight & Quality Control.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications, including NEMA, IEEE, and HDD best practices.
    • Monitor drilling operations, fluid management, and back reaming processes for efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, utility owners, inspectors, and permitting authorities.
    • Prepare and deliver progress reports, method statements, and as-built documentation.
    • Manage change orders, claims, and contractual obligations in coordination with commercial and legal teams.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Enforce strict safety protocols and environmental controls as per OSHA, local laws, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular site audits and toolbox talks.
    • Ensure accurate reporting of incidents and near-misses with corrective actions.
  • Workforce and Resource Management:
    • Allocate and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal utilisation.
  • Budgeting & Procurement:
    • Control project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
    • Coordinate procurement of equipment, drilling tools, fluids, and consumables.
    • Maintain inventory and asset records for HDD equipment and tools.
  • Business Development:
    • Assist in tendering process.
    • Identify and build business relationship with potential partner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience managing HDD projects, preferably in the utilities or electrical infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and lead a field operations team.
  • Strong understanding of HDD equipment, tracking systems (e.g., DigiTrak, Subsite), and fluid management.
  • Added Advantage:
    • Certified in HDD operations or trenchless technologies (e.g., NASTT).
    • PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
    • Experience with municipal and other relevant authorities on permitting processes and utility conflict resolution.
